DELIVERY POLICY
Ordered products are shipped to parcel terminals (LP EXPRESS, OMNIVA, DPD) within Lithuania. Shipments are not sent to the Kursiu Nerija.
Shipments within Europe (Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Spain, Italy, Latvia, Poland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, France, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Sweden, Hungary, Germany) are sent via Lithuanian Post.
To ensure proper processing and delivery of your order, please provide the following information:
- Full name and/or company name,
- Delivery address (parcel terminal),
- Recipient's phone number.
If the products are already in stock, we dispatch them within 1–2 business days.
If the products need to be produced, dispatch takes place within 2–4 business days.Delivery within Lithuania typically takes 2–5 business days after the order is shipped. Delivery time to European countries usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.
International orders are sent via LP EXPRESS. Delivery time to European countries usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.
Free shipping is available on orders of €50 or more, including international deliveries unless otherwise specified.
RETURN POLICY
We always hope that ALDA Luxe products will perfectly suit your needs and find a cozy place in your home.
However, if the size, color, or any other aspect of the product does not meet your expectations or if you simply change your mind, you have the option to return or exchange it.
Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with the “Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items” approved by the Lithuanian Minister of Economy, Order No. 217 of June 29, 2001.
You have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. In such cases:- The product packaging must be undamaged, and the item must be in its original condition with full accessories.
- The product must not be used or tested.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately by phone or email to agree on return or exchange conditions. In this case:
- The product and packaging must be complete.
- The customer covers the shipping costs (unless otherwise agreed).

We will send you a return form that must be filled out and sent back with the returned item.
Please remember: the customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature and quality of the item.Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your account within 10 business days.
