Purchasing Rules

  • 1. General Provisions


    1.1. These product purchase–sale rules (hereinafter – the Rules) are a legally binding document for both Parties, defining the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when the Buyer purchases goods in the online store.
    1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, correct, or supplement the Rules at any time in accordance with the requirements of legal acts. The Buyer will be informed on the online store's website. The Rules valid at the time of order submission apply when the Buyer makes a purchase.
    1.3. The following are entitled to purchase from the online store:
    1.3.1. legally capable natural persons, i.e., persons of legal age whose legal capacity has not been restricted by court;
    1.3.2. minors from 14 to 18 years of age, only with the consent of their parents or guardians, except in cases where they independently dispose of their own income;
    1.3.3. legal entities;
    1.3.4. authorized representatives of all the above persons.
    1.4. By confirming the Rules, the Seller also guarantees that the Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store according to clause 1.3.
    1.5. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer, after forming a shopping cart in the online store, specifying the delivery address, selecting the payment method, and reviewing the Seller’s Rules, clicks the "Confirm Order" button (see section 5 “Ordering, Pricing, Payment Procedure, Terms”).

     

    2. Protection of Personal Data
    2.1. The Buyer may order goods from the online store by:
    2.1.1. registering on the online store – entering the required data in the registration form;
    2.1.2. not registering on the online store.
    2.2. When ordering goods as per section 2.1, the Buyer must provide personal data necessary for order fulfillment: name, surname, delivery address, phone number, and email address.
    2.3. By confirming these Rules, the Buyer agrees that their personal data listed in section 2.2 will be processed for the purposes of selling goods and services in the online store, business analysis, and direct marketing.
    2.4. By agreeing to personal data processing for sales purposes, the Buyer also consents to receiving information notifications via email and phone as necessary to fulfill the order.
    2.5. The Buyer, upon registration and ordering, undertakes to protect and not disclose login information to any third parties.

     

    3. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations
    3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods from the online store in accordance with these Rules and other guidelines provided on the site.
    3.2. The Buyer may withdraw from the purchase–sale agreement by notifying the Seller in writing (email, stating the product to return and order number) no later than within 14 (fourteen) working days from the delivery date, except in cases where withdrawal is prohibited by law (e.g., for hygiene goods such as bedding; see point 18 at: http://www.vartotojucentras.lt/istatymas.php?id=1038).
    3.3. This right may be exercised only if the item is undamaged, unchanged in appearance, and unused.
    3.4. The Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the ordered goods.
    3.5. If the Buyer's data changes, they must update it immediately.
    3.6. The Buyer agrees not to share login details. If lost, the Buyer must notify the Seller immediately using the contact section.
    3.7. By using the online store, the Buyer agrees to these Rules and undertakes to comply with them and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

     

    4. Seller’s Rights and Obligations
    4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide all conditions for proper use of the online store.
    4.2. If the Buyer attempts to compromise store stability/security or violates obligations, the Seller has the right to limit or suspend the Buyer’s access or cancel their registration.
    4.3. The Seller agrees to respect the Buyer’s privacy regarding their personal information provided during registration.
    4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the address specified by the Buyer.

     

    5. Ordering, Pricing, Payment Procedure, and Terms
    5.1. The Buyer may shop 24/7 in the online store.
    5.2. The contract becomes effective when the Buyer clicks "Confirm Order" and the Seller sends confirmation via email.
    5.3. Prices are shown in euros including VAT.
    5.4. Payment methods:
    5.4.1. Online banking – prepayment via the Buyer's bank. The Buyer must have an agreement with the respective bank. The bank is responsible for data security.
    5.4.2. Bank transfer – prepayment at a bank branch.
    5.5. The Buyer must pay immediately. The order is processed only after payment is received.

     

    6. Delivery
    6.1. The Buyer must specify an accurate delivery address.
    6.2. The Buyer must receive the goods personally. If not possible and goods are delivered to the indicated address, the Seller is not liable for delivery to an unintended recipient.
    6.3. Delivery is made by the Seller or an authorized courier.
    6.4. Delivery time is based on item descriptions. Delays may occur due to stock shortages or unforeseen circumstances. The Seller will inform the Buyer if delays arise.
    6.5. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by the Buyer or external factors.
    6.6. The Buyer must immediately report damaged packaging, wrong or missing items, or incomplete sets.
    6.7. If damage is noticed, the Buyer must note it on the courier's delivery document or draft a report with the courier present. Otherwise, the Seller is not liable for damages due to packaging issues.

     

    7. Product Quality and Warranties
    7.1. Product details are generally provided in the product description.
    7.2. The Seller is not liable if colors, shapes, or sizes differ due to the Buyer’s display settings.
    7.3. Some products come with a specific warranty period as indicated in their descriptions.
    7.4. If no warranty is provided, legal warranty standards apply.

     

    8. Returns and Exchanges
    8.1. Defective goods may be repaired, replaced, or returned per the Minister of Economy’s 2001-06-29 Order No. 217, except in cases not eligible for return by law (e.g., hygiene goods). Refunds are made only to the payer’s bank account.
    8.2. The Buyer may return items within 14 working days of delivery by informing the Seller and providing product name, order number, and reason.
    8.3. Return conditions:

    8.3.1. Item must be in original, undamaged packaging;

    8.3.2. Item must be undamaged;

    8.3.3. Item must be unused, with intact appearance (tags, seals, etc.);

    8.3.4. Complete set as received;

    8.3.5. Purchase receipt must be provided.
    8.4. The Seller may refuse returns not meeting these conditions.
    8.5. If incorrect or defective items are received, the Seller will replace them.
    8.6. If replacements are unavailable, the Seller will refund the item price (excluding delivery cost).

     

    9. Buyer and Seller Responsibilities
    9.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of provided personal data. If incorrect data causes issues, the Seller is not liable and may seek compensation for direct losses.
    9.2. The Buyer is responsible for all actions performed via their account.
    9.3. The registered Buyer is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential. If a third party uses the account, they are considered the Buyer.
    9.4. The Seller is not liable for losses incurred if the Buyer does not read the Rules despite having the opportunity.
    9.5. If the online store contains links to third-party websites, the Seller is not responsible for the content or activities of those websites and does not represent those entities.
